Oliver Chantler
Whilst working at Meadow Foods, one of the UK’s leading dairy businesses, established by the Chantler Family in 1992, Oliver developed new business relationships with a strong focus on organic and step change growth through M&A.
His MBA in Business & Finance, coupled with a rounded understanding of food science, gave him the necessary skills for taking new product ideas from conception to commercial launch. Successfully selling products into some of the largest retailers and brand names and delivering consecutive multi-million-pound supply contracts, Oliver was also integral in the acquisition of several businesses that were fundamental to Meadow’s growth.
Following the sale of the vast majority of his shares in Meadow Foods he has made several successful investments in an array of industries – renewable energy, property, furniture, processing equipment, bridging loans. He is now focused on investing his private wealth in the food sector as the M.D. of Hampton Finance Ltd.
